Subject: Request for Repentance and Reentry โ Miklat Eitan (Refugio Alberto Cardenas II)
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express concern and request national reflection regarding the unjust treatment of Refugio Alberto Cardenas II, known by his Hebrew name Miklat Eitan, who was exiled from Tel Avivโs Ben Gurion Airport on January 22, 2025 despite holding an approved 90-day visitor permit.
He was denied entry not due to any legal violation but based on religious discrimination โ specifically told he was โnot Jew-ish enoughโ to enter the Land of Israel, despite his verifiable Sephardic and Ashkenazi DNA, Torah observance, and spiritual calling as part of the scattered tribes of Israel.
Adding to the concern, the official who denied his entry even stated he was gay and thus โnot allowed to look holy,โ highlighting the ironic and unjust contrast in spiritual judgment.
This matter echoes the ancient exile of Israelโs righteous and calls for public repentance, acknowledgment, and a correction of this treatment.
As someone who honors the Hebrew Scriptures and the prophetic gathering of Israel, I respectfully request:
A formal apology to Miklat Eitan
Reinstatement and open invitation to return to the Land
Review of current discriminatory visa and entry policies toward Torah-observant Hebrews from the diaspora
This is not only a personal matter, but a spiritual one โ and a test of Israelโs commitment to its prophetic role in regathering the exiles and honoring those called by YHWH, The God of the Hebrew Israelites๐
Sincerely,
